A major site plan for this 100-unit motel with restaurant and banquet facilities was prepared by Ernst, Ernst & Lissenden. The existing site offered only a single access to Route 37 West. A State highway application was required to coincide with the State's plans for major reconstruction of Route 37. A major stormwater analysis was also required.
Ernst, Ernst & Lissenden obtained Local and NJDOT approval for access and designed a retention basin with overland emergency overflow. Landscape design enhanced the site's appearance and acted as a buffer to adjoining users.
