Portions of the project were designated in flood hazard zones that restricted site development. Ernst, Ernst and Lissenden's design solution included placing a silation pond in a residentially-zoned portion of the site.
Ernst, Ernst and Lissenden provided boundary-survey, land planning and design, site engineering, construction design and stakeout and assistance for all required permits.
