Ernst, Ernst and Lissenden is a professional corporation providing a wide range of engineering and planning services to commercial and residential developers, industrial firms, and governmental clients.

Ernst, Ernst and Lissenden's engineers, planners and surveyors have used their skills on land development and planning, site design, landscape architecture, environmental services, highway design and rehabilitation, municipal engineering, community planning, water and wastewater treatment, transportation and surveying projects. Among the firm's clients are industrial and commercial corporations, municipal, county and state governmental agencies, and residential/commercial developers.

Founded in 1952 as a sole proprietorship, the firm originally concentrated on land surveying and civil engineering for clients in the coastal counties of Central and Southern New Jersey. By 1966, the firm became incorporated under its present name, with the majority of its services being performed for municipal governments and land developers. During the decades that followed, Ernst, Ernst and Lissenden developed several additional areas of expertise by gaining considerable experience in coastal engineering and highway design.
