GALAXY MANOR MOBILE HOME COMMUNITY TOMS RIVER, NEW JERSEY To develop this 83-unit extension of an existing mobile home community, Ernst, Ernst & Lissenden engineers provided planning, site design, sanitary sewer design, construction inspection and CAFRA environmental impact statements as required by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection. Ernst, Ernst & Lissenden's professionals assisted in obtaining all necessary permits. The home sites were designed on 12 acres with a minimum lot size of 4,000 square feet.
