• This is a typical Texaco^® center consisting of a 2,875 square foot canopy, a kiosk, gasoline pumps and a convenience store. Ernst, Ernst and Lissenden's team provided surveying, design, site planning, construction engineering and assistance with local, county and state development applications.

• The Ernst, Ernst and Lissenden team assisted in the development of the repetitive theme building that marks Pizza Huts^® nationwide. Surveying, planning design and permit assistance were essential parts of the project.

WAWA CONVENIENCE STORE^®, TOMS RIVER, NJ:
• Traffic congestion and soil instability presented special problems for the development of this convenience food market owned by the Pennsylvania based WaWa chain.
